Japanese steak sauce (with soy sauce)

Soy sauce is not only for Japanese food. You can use it for all kind of food, such as American or European. This steak sauce is the example of how you can use soy sauce for your everyday meal. It is non-fat and very healthy. All my European friends love it!

What you need?

This is a very useful recipe to make steak sauce. You can use it for all kind of meat but with beef it is the best.

Material A

  • soy sauce (half cup)
  • red wine (half cup)
  • vinegar (1/4 cup)
  • sugar (1/4 cup)
  • pepper (little)

Material B

  • onion (1)
  • garlic (2 bit)

How to make

① Put all “A” materials into a small pan and heat until it boils, the stop the heat.

② Grate onion and garlic and put it in to pan “A”.

③ Done!

The combination of soy sauce & red wine is deep. This flavor enhances the taste of the meat. Also, soy sauce and onion make the meat softer. I hope you enjoy your meal with this sauce!
