The reason why miso is so healthy (& the easiest recipes with miso)

What is miso?

Miso is fermented soy bean paste. It takes 6 to 12 month to get ready for eating. People enjoy healthy lives by using miso for their everyday meals in Japan for 1300 years.

Why miso?

Miso contains a lot of useful vitamins and amino acids (B1, B2, B6, E, K, niacin, folic acid, biotin, etc…) which the original soy bean doesn’t contain. Bacteria create them during the fermentation process.

How do we use miso?

Miso has the huge possibility to make a great balance for our body from our intestine by lactic acid bacterias. But they can only survive about 3 days in our intestine. So we better eat miso every day.

Easiest miso recipe

Don’t worry. I can tell you the easiest miso recipe. Mix miso with same amount of olive oil (sesame oil is better) . This is how to make a nice miso dip for vegetable sticks. Maybe this is easier than making miso soup every day.
